About this role
Store Managers run the entire dark store operation. They own P&L, team management, inventory planning, and customer satisfaction metrics.
Strategic planning, team management across all shifts, inventory optimization, performance reviews, vendor coordination, compliance, and reporting to area management.
This Zepto dark store in Kashmirgadda serves the surrounding residential and commercial belt, which keeps order volume steady throughout the day.
What you'll do
- •Own P&L for the store
- •Manage a team of 15-30 across all shifts
- •Plan inventory and coordinate with central supply chain
- •Run weekly performance reviews and 1-1s
- •Ensure compliance with labour, safety and FSSAI norms
Requirements
- •Aadhaar card
- •Graduate or above
- •2-5 years in retail / FMCG / warehouse management
- •Working knowledge of P&L and basic analytics

Your take-home at this job
₹27,000 /month base
+ up to ₹1,500 attendance bonus
+ ₹153–193/hr overtime (if opted)
With 20 hrs overtime + full attendance: ₹31,060 – ₹32,360
