About this role
Loaders handle inventory receiving, shelf stocking, and order loading. They ensure the dark store is always stocked and ready for operations.
Your shift starts with receiving inventory deliveries, scanning and verifying items, stocking shelves in the correct locations, and loading packed orders onto delivery vehicles.
This Zepto dark store in Sri Ramachandra Nagar serves the surrounding residential and commercial belt, which keeps order volume steady throughout the day.
What you'll do
- •Receive and verify inventory from supplier trucks
- •Move cartons from receiving bay to storage racks
- •Lift and stack packages up to 25kg safely
- •Stock shelves in correct SKU locations
- •Assist pickers during peak order hours
Requirements
- •Aadhaar card
- •Physically fit for lifting 15-25kg repeatedly
- •Age 18-40
- •Comfortable with 6-day work week

- •Bank passbook or cancelled cheque
- •2 passport-size photos
Your take-home at this job
₹11,500 /month base
+ up to ₹1,500 attendance bonus
+ ₹60–94/hr overtime (if opted)
With 20 hrs overtime + full attendance: ₹13,700 – ₹14,880
