About this role
Shift Incharges supervise a team of pickers, packers, and loaders during their shift. They ensure orders are fulfilled on time and manage the team's performance.
You manage a team of 5-10 people, assign tasks, monitor order fulfillment speed, handle escalations, ensure quality standards, and report shift metrics to the Store Manager.

What you'll do
- •Assign picking and packing tasks to a 5-10 person team
- •Monitor order fulfillment SLA in real time
- •Handle customer complaints and picker escalations
- •Run shift handovers with incoming supervisor
- •Report shift KPIs (speed, accuracy) to the Store Manager
Requirements
- •Aadhaar card
- •12th pass or graduate
- •6-12 months experience in retail, warehouse or quick commerce
- •Comfortable with basic Excel / Google Sheets

Your take-home at this job
₹18,000 /month base
+ up to ₹1,500 attendance bonus
+ ₹95–135/hr overtime (if opted)
With 20 hrs overtime + full attendance: ₹20,900 – ₹22,200
