Dark Store Managers are specialized store managers focused on the unique challenges of dark store operations - speed, accuracy, and last-mile coordination.
Similar to Store Manager but with extra focus on delivery partner coordination, order fulfillment metrics, and technology-driven operations.
This Swiggy Instamart dark store in PoliceLine serves the surrounding residential and commercial belt, which keeps order volume steady throughout the day.
What you'll do
- •Own end-to-end dark store operations
- •Hit <10-minute fulfillment SLAs across shifts
- •Coordinate with delivery partner fleet lead
- •Track and improve pick accuracy, pack speed, rider TAT
- •Report store metrics to Area Manager daily
Requirements
- •Aadhaar card
- •Graduate or above
- •2+ years in dark store / quick commerce operations
- •Data-driven mindset

- •2 passport-size photos
Your take-home at this job
₹25,000 /month base
+ up to ₹1,500 attendance bonus
+ ₹140–180/hr overtime (if opted)
With 20 hrs overtime + full attendance: ₹28,800 – ₹30,100
