Supervisors oversee specific operational areas within the dark store, ensuring their team meets performance targets for speed, accuracy, and quality.
Managing a team section, monitoring KPIs, conducting training sessions, handling quality checks, and implementing process improvements.
This Blinkit dark store in Digha serves the surrounding residential and commercial belt, which keeps order volume steady throughout the day.
What you'll do
- •Oversee a specific function (picking / packing / receiving)
- •Monitor team KPIs and coach under-performers
- •Run section-level training sessions
- •Own quality checks for outgoing orders
- •Drive process improvements in your section
Requirements
- •Aadhaar card
- •Graduate preferred
- •1+ year team management experience
- •Comfortable giving feedback to peers

Your take-home at this job
₹16,500 /month base
+ up to ₹1,500 attendance bonus
+ ₹86–126/hr overtime (if opted)
With 20 hrs overtime + full attendance: ₹19,220 – ₹20,520
