About this role
Store Incharges are responsible for overall store operations during their assigned hours. They manage inventory, team scheduling, and ensure operational targets are met.
Overseeing daily store operations, managing inventory levels, coordinating with supply chain, handling team attendance, resolving operational issues, and reporting to the Store Manager.
2 Blinkit dark stores actively hire in and around Barra, so there's steady demand for this role year-round.
What you'll do
- •Own store operations during assigned hours
- •Manage team roster and attendance
- •Track inventory levels and raise replenishment requests
- •Run morning and end-of-day huddles
- •Coordinate with Area Manager on targets and issues
Requirements
- •Aadhaar card
- •Graduate or equivalent
- •1-2 years in retail / warehouse / dark store ops
- •Comfortable with inventory software

- •Bank passbook or cancelled cheque
- •2 passport-size photos
Your take-home at this job
₹17,000 /month base
+ up to ₹1,500 attendance bonus
+ ₹89–129/hr overtime (if opted)
With 20 hrs overtime + full attendance: ₹19,780 – ₹21,080
