About this role
Scanning & Billing Associates handle the digital side of dark store operations - scanning incoming inventory, managing billing systems, and maintaining accurate stock records.
You scan incoming inventory against purchase orders, update the inventory management system, handle billing for outgoing orders, and flag discrepancies.

What you'll do
- •Scan incoming SKUs against purchase orders on a handheld device
- •Update stock levels in the inventory system
- •Raise discrepancy reports when counts do not match
- •Generate billing entries for outgoing orders
- •Close end-of-day reconciliations
Requirements
- •Aadhaar card
- •12th pass or above
- •Basic computer / Android literacy
- •Good attention to detail

- •2 passport-size photos
Your take-home at this job
₹12,500 /month base
+ up to ₹1,500 attendance bonus
+ ₹60–100/hr overtime (if opted)
With 20 hrs overtime + full attendance: ₹14,700 – ₹16,000
